Funeral Information

Mass of Christian burial will be 11:00 am Monday, November 5 at St. Ignatius Catholic Church, Good Shepherd Parish in Freiburg. Rev. Charles Hammond, pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be at the Zinger-Smigielski Funeral Home in Ubly on Sunday from 2:00 to 6:00 P.M and on Monday at St. Ignatius Catholic Church from 10:00-10:45 am. Agnes is survived by her six children Harold of Middleburg, FL; Ronald (Bette) of Zephyrhills, FL; Floyd of Ubly, MI; Shirlee (Tom) Slater of Decker, MI; Joyce (Bill) Juhasz of Cass City, MI and Elaine Barker of Bradenton FL; one sister-in-law, Joann Zobel of Troy; 14 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, 7 great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her son Gerald in 1972.

Biography

Agnes Irene (June) Zobel Wroubel, 97 of Zephyrhills, FL and formerly of Argyle passed away October 28, 2018 of natural causes. Agnes was born in Marine City, MI to the late Lloyd Zobel and Lucy Maude (Elwell) Burse on June 8, 1921. Agnes was united in marriage to Floyd Wroubel Sr. on June 24, 1939. He preceded her in death in 1971. She loved making quilts and jigsaw puzzles for family and friends. She also enjoyed playing bingo, doing arts and crafts.
