Family of the Deceased

He is survived by his life-long friend, Lynette Hahn of Bad Axe. Two daughters – Michelle (Gary) Dewitte of Florida and Heidi (Jim) Stierle of Georgia. One son – Robert Prange, Jr. of Elkton. Four grandchildren- Ryan Dewitte, Cody Dewitte, Jeff Stierle and Alyssa Prange. Four sisters – Marcia Gaffke, Kim (Dennis) Witherspoon, Brenda (Bob) Carlson and Sheila (Mike) Jurgess. Many nieces and nephews. Robert was preceded in death by his children’s mother, Marguerite Wagner. Infant son – Donald Prange. One brother-in-law – Larry Gaffke.

Biography

Robert Edward Prange, Sr., age 72, of Bad Axe, passed away on Friday, November 29, 2019 at Huron Medical Care Facility in Bad Axe. Robert was born in Bad Axe on October 24, 1947, son of the late Donald and Shirley (Storbeck) Prange. Robert was a meat cutter for various grocery stores, as well as other types of employment. His last job before retiring was as a meat cutter. He enjoyed many types of sports and athletics. He could make you laugh and smile and was a friend to everyone he met.
