Funeral Information

Private interment will be in Caseville Twp Cemetery. There will be a memorial service at a later date. Champagne Funeral Chapel is handling the arrangements. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.

Family of the Deceased

She is survived by her sons Michael (Dawn) Atwood of Kinde and Ronald (Patricia) Atwood of Caseville; 10 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren; brother Clayton Cork of Bad Axe and sister Deborah (Joseph Lalko) Spencer of Pigeon; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by sons Brian and Paul Howells and husband Tom Rose.

Biography

Sandra K. Rose, 76, of Caseville, passed away Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at McLaren Bay Region Hospital of Covid related complications. Sandy was born January 11, 1944 to the late Clayton and Mildred (Hintzke) Cork. She graduated from Oxford High School in 1962. She worked as a realtor for Real Estate One, Power Agency in Caseville. She was a member of the Caseville Eagles and Red Hatters. Her passion was country music and line dancing. Sandy could be found on the dance floor whenever the music was playing. Sandy was a devoted matriarch to her family.
