Howard is survived by his children, Keith (Rhonda) Burk, Kevin (Laura) Burk, Bryan Burk , Brenda (Larry) Leppek and Mark (Shelli) Burk. Grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Biography

Howard Delnor Burk, Jr., age 86, of Bad Axe, passed away on Saturday, July 29, 2023. He was born on January 30, 1937 in Lansing, MI, son of the late Reverend Howard and Thelma (Defoe) Burk, Sr. Howard was a truck driver for much of his adult life. He also worked at Thumb Tool and Engineering in Bad Axe until he retired. Needing to stay busy, Howard worked part-time at McDonalds Food and Family Center. He played organ and piano for church and enjoyed playing church softball and bowling.
