Cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held Saturday, December 2, 2023 for family and friends at 11 am at St. Hubert’s Parish- Sacred Heart Catholic Church in, Bad Axe, MI. He is survived by his mother Clare, Bad Axe; brothers Brian (Kendra) Washington Township and Kevin (Gina) Harbor Beach; sister Debra (Thomas) McCollum, Bad Axe; nephews Ronald (Tracy) Booth, Bad Axe; Jace Knoblock, Harbor Beach; Tyler Knoblock, Woodhaven MI; Nathan Walls, Grandeville MI; Braeden Walls, Washington Township; niece Kenzie Knoblock, Big Rapids MI; great-nephew Blake Booth, Bad Axe; he also leaves behind a very special friend Starlina Henegar.

Biography

Glenn (Gooch) William Knoblock, 58, of Bad Axe passed away suddenly October 18, 2023 in North Platte, Nebraska. He was born May 4, 1965 in Bad Axe, MI to Clare Knoblock (Bernard) and the late Ronald J. Knoblock. He attended North Huron High School obtaining his GED from Bad Axe High School. Truck driving was his passion enjoying 30+ years of over the road commercial trucking nationwide while making numerous friends along the way. He had a heart of gold and would help anyone out in need. To say the least, Gooch had the gift of gab and enjoyed talking to people while out on the road along with sharing his photos of beautiful sunsets and sunrises throughout his travels. Because of his willingness to help others, he will continue to through “The Gift of Life Program.” He also enjoyed fishing, movies, bowling, motorcycles, volunteering for meals on wheels, spoiling his niece and nephews but most of all spending time with family. His big heart, sense of humor and jokes will be missed by all who knew him.
