Funeral services will be 11:00am Friday, October 4th at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Kilmanagh with Rev. Thom Garrison officiating. Burial will be in St. John’s Lutheran Cemetery in Sebewaing. Visitation will be 2-8 Thursday at the Champagne Funeral Chapel. Memorials may be made to the family.
He is survived by his wife Gail; sons Dewayne, Adam and Lou (Kim); grandchildren Chase and Cassidy; sisters Harriet (Jim) Bruce and Dorothy Deming and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his sister Audrey Stagray.
Glen Raymond Menzel, 65, of Bay Port, passed away on Sunday, September 29, 2024 at Scheurer Health in Pigeon. Glen was born February 4, 1959 in Pigeon to the late Raymond and Vera Menzel. He graduated from Laker High School in 1978. He married Gail Flamion on August 20, 1988 at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Kilmanagh. Glen worked various jobs, retiring from Walbro Corp. in 2022. He enjoyed going to estate and yard sales, gardening, hunting and fishing and visiting with the people he encountered on his drives around the area.
