Joe is survived by his brother Roger of Bay Port and sister Holly (Mike) Thick of Bay Port; niece Robin, and nephews Chris, Peter, Eric and Ryan; and many cousins. He was preceded in death by his nephew Bill.
Joseph A. Vollmer, 60, of Pigeon, passed away Tuesday, October 29, 2024 at Courtney Manor in Bad. Joe was born May 2, 1964 in Pigeon to the late Frank and Phyllis (Schweitzer) Vollmer, living his whole life in the same home in Linkville. In 1982 he graduated from Laker High School. He worked at Active Industries in Sebewaing and Axis Machining in Pigeon. He enjoyed sports, baseball, reading and cats.
