A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, December 30, 2025 at 1:00 PM at St. Hubert Parish – Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Bad Axe. Friends and family may call at the church on Tuesday from 11:00 AM until the service time at 1:00 PM Memorials may be offered to the family discretionary fund. Family of the Deceased

She is survived by her children, Scott Holdwick and his wife Terri of Gladwin, Sarah Wilson and her husband Tom of Bad Axe. Her grandchildren Blake and fiancé Chelsea, Jenna, Savana, Halle, Alayna, Emma, Ben and Hannah. Two sisters, Delphine (Virgil) Peplinski and Elizabeth (Lloyd) Booms, two brothers, Jack (Ricky) Klebba and Ron (Nadine) Klebba as well as many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Viola Klebba.

Biography

Frances (Fran) Holdwick, age 78 of Bad Axe, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 23, 2025 with her family by her side at McLaren Thumb Region Hospital in Bad Axe. Fran was born on February 25, 1947, daughter of the late Frank and Viola Klebba. She was the Huron County Register of Deeds from 1978 until she retired in 2008. Fran was a member of St. Hubert Parish – Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Bad Axe, where she served as a lector. She enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren and her many friends and she always had a smile on her face.
