In accordance with Onalee’s wishes, cremation is to take place at Sunset Valley Crematory in Bay City. There will not be any services. Condolences may be shared with her family and close friends at www.macalpinefuneralhome.com

Family of the Deceased

Onalee is survived by her son Terry Saucier from Missouri, and her grandson James Saucier, her special friend of 38 years, Sharon Ney, of Port Austin , also many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents Frank and Mabel (Langley) Kelly, her daughter Leona Saucier; siblings Buster Kelly, Avis McIlhargie, Frank Kelly, Ila Mae Berndt and Harold Kelly.

Biography

Onalee passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 22, 2026 at the Huron County Medical Care Facility. She was born on April 21, 1929 in Pinnebog, Michigan. She graduated from Central Michigan College, with a degree in education and she loved teaching young minds. She ended her teaching career in Freeland and moved back to Huron County. Onalee loved to hunt and fish. She especially loved the Detroit Tigers, Red Wings, Lions and her many trips to the casino. Onalee will be remembered for her beautiful smile and laughter. Special thank you to her many caregivers at Huron County Medical Care Facility. She Loved all of you!
