Funeral Information

Visitation will be at the Ramsey Funeral Home Thursday, October 29 from 2-8 p.m. and Friday, October 30 at OLLH Church from 10-11:30 a.m., the time of service. Memorials may be given to Our Lady of Lake Huron School. Arrangements are being handled by Ramsey Funeral Home of Harbor Beach.

Family of the Deceased

Pat is survived by her brothers: Mike Murdock (Olga Matthews), Richard Murdock, Tom (Marie) Murdock, Kelly (Jean) Murdock and sisters: Carol (Jeff) Campbell and Katie (Joe) Volmering as well as nieces and nephews who she loved as well. She was preceded in death by her parents: Harvey and Yvonne Murdock, brother Andy Murdock, and sisters-in-law, Sandy Murdock and Jane Murdock.

Biography

Patricia Murdock, 78, beloved sister, aunt and friend passed away October 25, 2026 after a brief illness. Pat will be remembered first and foremost as a servant of God, loved and cherished by all who knew her. She was an educator for almost fifty years and was recognized on her retirement, receiving the Bishop Murphy Award from the Saginaw Catholic Diocese. She saw the good in all people and encouraged those around her to do the same. Pat loved her Detroit Sports teams and looked forward every year to attending the Thanksgiving Lions game with her brother, Kelly. When Pat called bingo, if B3 or I 19 came up everybody knew those numbers were for Alan Trammell and Steve Yzerman, her favorite Detroit athletes. She loved to read, write, watch British tv shows, a good cup of coffee and spending time with friends and family. Most recently, she joined Katie and Joe once a week for a challenging night of trivia in Caro.
