MiLogin Disruptions Limit Access To Michigan Unemployment Services

The State of Michigan's MiLogin system - the secure portal used to access a variety of state services - is experiencing intermittent outages, temporarily preventing some users from signing in.
The service interruptions are impacting employers and claimants who rely on the Michigan Unemployment Insurance Agency's online platforms. Both the Michigan Web Account Manager (MiWAM), used by claimants to manage benefits, and MiUI, used by employers to file reports and pay taxes, require users to log in through MiLogin before gaining access. As a result, users have been unable to enter those systems during outage periods.
State officials said the disruptions are affecting multiple agencies and are being closely monitored. There is currently no estimated timeline for full restoration of services.
