Howard Melvin Stolter Arraigned In District Court

In district court Howard Melvin Stolter, facing charges of driving with a suspended license, has been deemed a flight risk by the court.

Stolter appeared for his arraignment after a bench warrant was issued for failing to appear previously. Prosecutors highlighted his history, noting he disappeared in 2021 and absconded from probation in 2019, arguing against leniency.

A $60 bench warrant fee was issued, and a not guilty plea was entered on his behalf.

The court maintained his $4000/10% bond, with strict conditions to ensure his future appearances. Stolter is scheduled for a plea cutoff hearing which he must attend in person.
