A Huron County man has been sentenced to a 12-month delayed probation program following a no-contest plea to false pretenses. Braxton Ronald Schultz appeared in court today regarding a vehicle sale dispute.
Under the terms of the delayed sentence, Schultz is required to pay a minimum of $2,750 in restitution to the victim, with additional towing and storage fees to be added to the final judgment.
The court ordered Schultz to complete the "Thinking Matters" program and 10 hours of community service, while prohibiting any contact with the victim.
Judge Prill set a review hearing for July 19th, 2027, warning the defendant that he is not to return to court before that date unless necessary.
